At Hancox Estates our objective is to provide the highest quality multi-family living accommodation at the most competitive rates. All of our properties are fully licenced by Telford & Wrekin Council and meet or exceed all of the statutory requirements for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
Wherever possible, we aim to resolve any maintenance issue reported to us within 24 hours and we regularly inspect our properties to ensure that they are safe and secure.
All of our properties include:

Gas, electric and Council Tax bills included in the rent.
A cleaning service for the common areas of the property.
